Smörkniv med träskaft i ek från Bjørklund. För mjuka krämiga ostar, smör, leverpastej, naughatti mm. Tål maskintvätt, men träskaftet ser inte lika bra ut efter upprepade tvättar. Vi rekommenderar därför att tvätta för hand. Thor Bjørklund från Lillehammer uppfann och fick patent på osthyveln 1925. Sedan starten 1925 har mer än 60 miljoner osthyvelar tillverkats och sålts till stora delar av världen. Även om ostrivjärnet nu kopieras och säljs under andra varumärken, har det ursprungliga norska rivjärnet från Bjørklund fortfarande en stark position i Norge och i andra ostätande länder runt om i världen.
